UAE residents arriving at DXB from above stated countries :
All passengers must take two COVID 19 PCR tests: one before departure with a validity of 96 hours from the date of the test, and a second test upon arrival in Dubai.
All UAE Nationals are not required to conduct PCR test before arriving at DXB, PCR Test on arrival only.
Transit passengers arriving at DXB from above stated countries
All transiting passengers must have a negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate that is valid for 96 hours from the date of test, as well as to follow any requirements for their final destination.

All passengers must present a negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate that is valid for 96 hours from the date of the test before departure - except for passengers coming from the UK and Germany who have the option to take a COVID 19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai.

- For passengers choosing to conduct a PCR test prior to departure of their inbound flight they must print Negative COVID19 Certificate in English or Arabic languages only (No Handwritten Reports). PCR test conducted no more than 96 hours before departure of flight inbound to DXB. Children under 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from PCR.
